Do I really own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name. The hosting account is in your name. You get a copy of every file. If you ever want someone else to work on it, or to move it, you can. Nothing is locked to us.
How can there be no monthly hosting fee?
We build sites as fast, static pages and host them on services with a genuinely free tier for sites this size. There is no server to rent and nothing to renew apart from your domain, which is usually €10 to €20 a year.
How long does it take?
A Launch site is usually live within two weeks of our first call. Presence and Showcase take three to four weeks, including the photography session. Bookings and Online Shop sites take four to six weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly you can send us text, prices and feedback.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes, three ways. Use the AI Editor to change hours, prices, menus and photos yourself. Send the change to us for a fixed hourly rate. Or take a care plan and send as many small changes as you like each month. Your first thirty days of changes are free with every package.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, your opening hours, your services and prices, and a rough idea of what you like. We write the copy with you and take the photos. If you have nothing but a name and a phone number, that's a fine place to start.
What does the photography involve?
Our photographer visits your premises for a session, photographs your space, team, food or products, and delivers edited photos ready for the web. You keep the photos and can use them on social media and in print. [PHOTOGRAPHY DETAILS: session length, number of photos]
How do I pay?
Half to book your start date, half when the site goes live. You can pay by card through Stripe, which is secure and takes a minute, or by bank transfer. There are no other fees from us.
What does an online shop cost to run?
Nothing monthly from us. Stripe charges a small fee on each card payment, the same as any card terminal, and pays the money straight into your bank account. There is no platform subscription and no commission on your sales.
Will people find it on Google?
Every site is built to be found: proper page titles and descriptions, fast loading, business details Google can read, and a Google Business Profile that links to it. That covers local searches like "barber near me". We don't promise rankings, because nobody honestly can.
I already have a domain or a website. Does that matter?
Not at all. We can use your existing domain and switch it over on launch day with no downtime. If you have an old site, we'll look at what's worth keeping and set up redirects so old links still work.
